"Decisions Decisions.  Oh Boy What a Feast Before My Eyes!  I know they'll be back any second... To eat or not to eat these treats just at my feet...."

Ok, so that's not me up above.  That's Olaf.  He is one of my taste testers... but he's sneaky about it.  When I make juices, I feed him and his brother Willie some of the scraps.  But when I'm not looking, Olaf is sure to score some treats.  Oh this is the life :)

When I'm not in the kitchen (washing dishes) cooking or chopping fruits and veggies, I'm hanging out with my main squeezes... My husband, Tom and our two little cutie pugs.  I love to be outdoors and active.  I teach Pilates and Yoga and practice Massage. I love to write and live creatively. 

Here we are!  Our weekend favorite: Berry Yummy Pancakes.  Tom is actually the breakfast chef of our household.  He has pancake skills!
